I've had a couple of postcards via Royal Mail, and an email on 9 August stating my line would be moving to Digital Voice within 30 days.
I'm quite happy to move, but I'd like to know when it will happen.
I find that phoning the number given 0330 1234 150 doesn't help as the only option on landlines is to report a fault. I would expect there to be a dedicated option, ideally with a message telling me when I would be moving.
Is there any way to contact BT about this delay?
