Why does my bt 1572 system not recognise my mobile phone number when I have no numbers blocked?

Do you mean when you call your landline from your mobile its going to 1572 voicemail?

Yes, when I call from my mobile I get the 1572 voice mail? but other people can get through on their mobile ok.

I guess you've checked your block list online in mybt? Also is there a chance you've set block withheld numbers and you're withholding your mobile number?

I have checked that my mobile number is not in blocked list. I've also checked it's not blocked in landline phone list of numbers.

Hi @David719 

If the number is not showing as blocked anywhere, I'd recommend getting in touch with our tech guides so they can have a look into this further and see if they can find what is causing the number to not come through.
