BT DV voicemail is behaving strangely after migrating to DV a couple of weeks ago. If I call the number and allow it to ring 7 times, it diverts to BT DV VM as you would expect. However, sometimes this is followed by “Welcome to Voicemail, please leave a message” but other times “Sorry you cannot leave a message at the moment”.
I tried it this morning. The first time I got “Sorry you cannot leave a message”. I then called 2 mins later and got “…please leave a message”. Each time I am calling from the same O2 mobile phone. Friends have tried it and had the same problem.
My own answering machine is switched off, so these messages are both coming from BT DV Voicemail.
Any ideas?
