I placed an order via live chat today to upgrade my FTTC to FTTP. In the live chat they said they would add a free Digital Voice Adapter to the order, however there is no mention of this in the order confirmation email. The only thing listed under 'Equipment' is Smart Hub 2, there is no mention of the DV Adapter.
Does this mean the live chat agent forgot to order it?

I've now texted 'ADAPTER' to 61998 and an order has been placed
