The time on my recently purchased BT trio premium handset always changes the time to 6 hours earlier after receiving incoming calls. This does not happen with outgoing calls

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.
Who provides your phone service, as the time is set by the information within the CLI (Calling Line Identification).
The landline is supplied by Fibrus and it's VoIP
Then you need to contact them and tell them that their CLI is giving the wrong time information.
Perhaps they have the wrong time zone settings somewhere?
This would have nothing to do with BT Retail.
Thank you. I've contacted Fibrus and passed on this information. I agree, it looks like the time zone is incorrectly set. It's only on the first incoming call each day that it happens, then it adds on to that new time.
Thank you for your input. The system is working perfect now. I haven't heard back from Fibrus but all incoming calls now do not affect the time. Issue resolved thanks to BT retail 👏👏
I had confirmation from Fibrus that the clock was not set to GMT.
I am pleased you have it sorted.
