Bt Phone trio premium

Hi wanted help, i have the bt premium trio handset

my mum usually forgets to to disconnect the call which leaves the phone unhooked/connected so when others call the phone is engaged was wondering is there a way to get a beeping sound to alert her

BT phones generally have an option to answer a call automatically when it's lifted from the charging cradle, & disconnect when it's replaced. Look for a setting called Auto Answer. You'll need to set it on each handset.
