Call Protect - last call number not showing

It's been good for a few weeks for me, then this week missing call again

Just back from being away, 5 calls showing on Caller display, only 3 of them on Call Protect.  Though Call Protect did block another call correctly, so 6 calls in total if you include the blocked call.

I think you must have tempted fate saying it's been a good few weeks! So still the issue persists......

I think I might have found a possible reason for the last two calls not showing on Call Protect.  Yesterday I discovered a line fault ( I suspect one leg dis), as no dial tone and BB speed has dropped a lot.  Our daughter tried to phone us, but resorted to messenger and said about it.  Number shows on Caller ID, phone doesn't ring, and not showing on Call Protect

In my case, the phone rings but the number doesn't record in Call Protect.

That's what normally happens, but in this case there's a fault as well.  Doesn't explain the other missing numbers earlier in the week or over the past 8 months

I have just changed my BT phone, broadband and TV package and at the moment I can't see any of my products, including Call Protect, under My BT.

I assume that will resolve when the new package bills but I doubt anything will have changed with Call Protect as it was still missing numbers last week.

Yes, as I said, I had Call Protect before the package change and it was missing numbers in the week before that happened on the 19th September and had been doing so since April.

Incidentally, the package change included my switching to Digital Voice calls and that is already working.
