I recently changed to digital voice without realising that my landline would not work. I understand the rollout of digital voice is on hold as there is a concern that if there is a power cut the phone will not work. I am disabled and worry that if there is a power cut I will not be able to phone 999. I want to have my digital voice removed and revert back to a plug in landline but cannot find anywhere for advice about doing this. I've tried using the help section on MyBT but this keeps going round in circles, (as usual)
Normally once changed to Digital voice you cannot revert back to previous connection. did you request the change or were you changing your broadband package?
