I seem to have been charged for caller redirect for 3 years no not realising I was still paying for the service. Arghhh! How can I cancel this please.

Thanks, it would be great to get it cancelled asap, I can't seem to find a way to do it online and its not listed in 'my products'. I've tried calling the billing team but just can't get through.
They should post on this thread, probably tomorrow morning.
The Billing team deal with cancelling caller redirect, it's a service offered when people move home and can't retain the existing telephone number.

Hi David, thanks so much. I did manage to get hold of somebody in billing who has raised a ‘DI’ ? for me. I’m expecting a response from one of the managers. Fingers crossed.
