Only recently changed over to Digital phone line. I can receive some incoming calls but not all. However, can make outgoing calls. Could be a number porting issue. Please advise.
It seems to be a fairly common porting issue.
Good luck with trying to get customer services to understand the problem and do something about it.

You need to get it escalated to TMC (Technical Management Centre). But the last person posted there was a 16 day queue!
