Digital Voice Adaptor

Hello, I am trying to order a Digital Voice Adaptor. When I follow the web link and provide my landline number as requested, I am unable to proceed any further. I have also tried the Text option which, again, does not proceed. And I also phoned 0330 1234 150 but there are no options to choose regarding Digital Voice. Can anyone help, please? Thanks.

Have you been moved to digital voice yet?

Hello, no we haven't been moved over yet but have been sent the pre mentioned links to get an adaptor. As I said - not able to make any of the options to request an adaptor work.
