Two weeks ago I reported an issue to BT about our Digital Voice number changing. All out bound calls were being displayed as a Scottish number, I live in Belfast, and all inbound calls to our phone number are going straight to voicemail. This was previously working for months with no issue until the 13 Dec. While BT customer service are very polite they clearly have no idea what is going on. They tried to port our number over again but said it was already on the system. I don’t understand why it is so difficult for them to diagnose this issue. I have done all the chasing on this, every day, I have received one call back from BT this morning. Being to wish I had not moved.
try phoning 08005874787 and see if they can help you with digital voice
