My old 700 minutes calling plan they promised to carry over was £8.32 pcm which was just right for us..☹️ I looked at raising another order to change to the more expensive unlimited but I can't raise another order because my ordering is blocked by an old incorrect 'pending' order someone raised, (not me...), from their failure to transfer my old landline number and I haven't the strength to get involved with BT 'Help' to get it removed just at the moment... It'll probably stay there until I'm dead and gone and prevent me ever dealing with BT again..😊

We were on the 700 plan, they moved us to unlimited for £11pm.

Soon as an alternative to Openreach is available, im off..
