As I said, when I try to connect to the hub manager I'm told the site is taking too long to respond.  Ethernet and digital voice are okay at the moment.  Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

The last firmware update, enabling HTTPS, seems to have caused that.  It seems to be struggling with the handshake but it gets there eventually.  I doubt whether that has anything to do with your problem.
