ive just ordered full fibre, i see digital voice comes with this.
Is my current phone compatible/the engineer will plug my current phone in to enable it with digital voice
Or do i need to buy a new phone/BT will supply and install phone when engineer installs full fibre...?
the FAQ should answer most of your questions. you should be offered a free DV phone or adapter on change to digital voice you can phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and request a free phone or adapter to use your existing phone. you can also plug your existing phone into socket on back of hub
