How can I change the number of my phone on the hub
Can you be more specific? Do you mean the external landline number or the handset number?
Sorry I didn't make it clear it is the handset number. It goes back to when I set it up originally. I set up the first and it registered as number one. I then set up the second which was taking a long time and I assumed it wasn't working and set it up again. How ever it gave me number three so it must have set up number two without showing me so that was why I tried again. It's confusing so that's why I want to change it.
In the Hub manager, click on Advanced settings and enter the admin password. Then click on Home, then Phone, then the handset you wish to change the number of. Change the Handset name to the new name and click Save
Hi @Briz Simply de-register all the handsets and register them again in the correct order. I would reboot the hub in between.
No need to do that, you can simply rename handsets
