Hi, I am long time BT who has been switched to Digital Voice when upgrading broadband. I can make outgoing calls but no incoming calls are getting through, As one of the less tech savvy older generation, I have given up reading and re-reading everything and thought it best to ask for help PLEASE 🙂

as long term BT customer then not porting from another ISP so try phoning the FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and they should be able to help if redirected to CS then hang up and try again bit later
