Digital voice - loss of all account info

Hi

My third post (and a real long shot). When the installation went wrong, BT gave mum a temp number and then today her old number (same number since 1964) was reinstalled, although its not working properly yet!

Anyway, when logging into the account and looking at the security settings on her account they are have all been reset. All her Blacklisted and VIP numbers lost etc. I’ve spent 5 years setting this up for my housebound mother who was getting calls at 3am purporting to be her electricity provider etc. 

Is there anyway of getting this data back please?

Hi @sallypoo, I've been having a look and can't see anyway to recover lost Call Protect records.

Although as you've mentioned on another thread, there is an order open in the background and, it may be the case that it'll update once the order is completed.

Thanks @JohnC2 . All orders closed yesterday and still not data. Apparently this happens routinely if you move over the digital voice! If only they gave customers a heads-up in advance, then customers could at least take a screenshot or print off so they wouldn't have to start from scratch.
