Hi, my mum recently moved address and when getting her phone line changed they upgraded her to digital voice( even though I asked for her not to be) which was frustrating as she is elderly and wasn’t able to do the set up herself. Once we got things up and running she can now only accept and dial out landline calls. No mobiles. How can this be fixed? She’s already had a no show form an engineer today.

Thanks for posting, sorry to read that your mother's service is being impacted after being changed over to Digital Voice, this sounds like a porting issue.
