When I ring out to a contact using my digital voice phone, I hear complete silence at my end, even though I know the call is being received at the other end. It doesn't seem to be caused by the 'mute' button and the phone is fine for incoming calls. Any other ideas about what is causing this? Can I do a factory reset? Thanks.

Make sure you backup your contacts before doing a reset., otherwise you will lose them.
Go to bthomehub.home and select Phone, then Contacts tab and Export.

Re: Digital voice phone silent when make outgoing call
Thanks for your reply. I had to reset it (with no effect) and then take out and replace the batteries. Then it worked normally. Weird!

Only if resetting the hub, not a handset.
