Mum's has been going on since 9th Dec. Has you been having issues for longer? The idea of this going on much longer makes me feel quite unwell!
The team in Northern Ireland do seem to been committed to helping us all, so fingers crossed, we won't be waiting much longer.
Hi Sallypoo, this is obviously a known problem as there was very little resistance to cancel my contract. I chose BT because I wanted the best. I am 75 years old and really want my family to be able to contact me by landline . I have to say everyone at BT have tried to help me but to no avail. I really don’t want the hassle of changing my provider but think the outcome will be inevitable.

im glad your mothers issue was resolved! Unfortunately my elderly parents are having the same problem with their landline.
can make calls but cannot receive them.
how were you able to recitfy your mothers similiar issue?

Have your parents just been moved to digital voice or have they just joined BT from another ISP and ported their number?
