I'm an existing BT customer who just been upgraded to digital voice. Should I have received a new Smart Hub 2, as all I got was the EE hybrid box, a WIFI disc and a digital home phone?

If you were already sent a have BT Smart Hub 2 before then you can just reuse that.
A new one would have only been sent out if it was on record that you didn't have one before.
Do you already have a SH2? If so then there is no need for another SH2
I've never been sent a Smart Hub 2, I've got a BT Smart Hub Router like this one but I'm not sure of the model number.
You need to call customer services and request a Smart Hub2.

Does it have a phone port like this on the back shown in image below (green)
If not then it won't be the smart hub 2. You'll need to call CS to send one out. Until then you won't be able to use digital voice

No, it has everything apart from the green phone port. So at the moment I have internet access but no voice line. If I bought one of the Digital Voice Adapters, would that fix the voice line problem until I get a new SH2?
Unfortunately not, the BT Smart Hub 2 is needed for it to work
