Digital voice

Go to solution

I currently have normal landline with 1 main phone plugged into socket and 2 further phones that connect to the main phone without a phone socket, so how will this work with digital voice?

TIA

As has been said if you have cordless phones, just plug the base station into the phone socket on the back of the router.

If you have extensions connected via the house wiring, then you can get BT Digital Voice Adapters into which you can plug your existing wired phones. Each one plugs into a mains socket and has a phone socket. You can then send and receive calls as normal on these former extensions. BT will supply one of these for free if you ask for it and otherwise they currently cost £20 each.
