Please can someone advise me how to escalate a complain for my mother in law, her landline regularly develops a fault which then take weeks of to and fro to get fixed, the last time was in July and we were told it was fixed only for us to report again and the engineer who did then fix it said the wires had disintegrated and were under water ! Another fault has been reported and we have been told no fix until 27th ! My mother in law relies on the land land for contact from her son’s care home so it’s just ridiculously bad service, anyone help ?
does your mother-in-law have broadband as well as phone with BT Retail?
