I have just moved & been switched to digital voice but haven't received my Smart Hub 2. My exiting BT hub doesn't have a connection point for my house phones. How do I request? Waiting times to speak to a real person on the help line are so long it's burning up the credit on my mobile phone. Besides which I have a hearing issue so can't always follow the conversation. Email no longer seems to be an option. Help!

Tried it. The Chat Line is down/been disconnected. Last time I asked are you a bot it cut me off. So probably on a bot blacklist.

Cracked it! Managed to get thro on help line top tip ring at 8am otherwise later in day there's queues. Took me a couple of goes to work out it's option 1 followed by 1. Actually spoke to a real person & a Smart Hub 2 on the way.
