Probably within this group so would be BT. Follow the advice posted by @RobbieMac although I am sure you said you had tried that. I assume she is not on BT Digital Voice, where her phone is plugged into the back of her home hub?

Option 2 - they sent me a text and hung up. Every time I reply to this text the system gets in a tangle then starts again.
