How do I get to speak to someone to report the fact that my parent’s landline is not working. They are 89 and 86 years old with serious health conditions.They live 200 miles away and I have been trying to speak to someone for nearly an hour with no success. This is so frustrating.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your fault report.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help, when everything else has been tried.
I'd recommend getting in touch and report a fault by calling 150 or using the message now feature on this link.
