Why will BT not repair my parents phone line? I've been in touch with BT 3 times now explaining that my parents are unable to make outgoing calls from their BT line. Each time BT confirm that there is a fault and that it will be repaired within 48 hours but it's not. My parents have digital voice and as their broadband’s working, BT will not call out. My parents are elderly and live on their own so it's imperative that they should be able to call for help if needed. If BT won’t help, can anyone suggest my next step please?
