Hub5, digital voice and existing DECT phone

I’ve just renewed my mothers broadband for another 2 years and as part of that “upgrade” Bt have included an move to digital voice. Fortunately her dect base unit is next to the router but she has a hub 5 which doesn’t have the digital voice socket that the smart hub 2 has. As part of the order Bt are supplying an Alexa digital voice handset but presumably that won’t work. How do I get Bt to supply a new smart hub 2, into which we can plug her existing dect phone, as part of this re contract or will they supply one by default ?

They should supply one as it is pre- requisite for DV

Phone CS 150 and tell them you need a SH2 as you have been moved to DV
