Looking for advice on a number port problem.
My mother moved from Sky/Now for her landline to BT. The number was ported but only works for some people.
If I ring her number it works fine , if my uncle rings it he gets unobtainable.
We have spoke to BT and they say that the number wasn’t ported problem and blame Sky and say we have to ring them.
We ring Sky and they say BT have the line so they need to sort.
What do we do?
sounds like a BT porting problem so you need to phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile
Thanks that’s what we have already done and being told it’s not BT’s problem and it’s for us to talk to Sky
Hi, @Sandyback Thanks for posting and welcome to the community its possible this could be a number port issue and it's something that BT need to help with, I'm sorry you were referred back to Sky.
