My dads phone line was crackling, so I contacted an BT who sent an engineer out.
The engineer (Alfie) left my 91 year old dad with NO line , he did not check it was working after he left
I phoned BT fault report at 8.30pm and spoke with Raja Khan who was amazing , I would like to pass my thanks on to Raja and his manager, who escalated the fault as a welfare case and got another engineer ( Lloyd) out at 8.30 am the following morning to sort the problem
