Hi - this response did leave me thinking who is making the call (i.e. picking up the handset and dialling the other) you or your contact? as you stated"v=3 It is my contact who has unlimited calls with Telstra." so that makes me wonder if they are calling you when this drop out happens? and there is no answer to the rest of the queries... This said, t looks like you have a Moderator on it now. I wish you all the best. I will leave with them and their better connected ties with BT.
