I have had no Landline for 36 hours. Phoned my provider which is Now TV and they said that Openreach is fixing it. Can't find anything about this problem online. A major problem as my 88-year-old mother lives with me and need the landline. Can anyone help or provide a telephone number that I can phone to chase up. Thank you

You'll have to contact Now, they have the relationship with openreach. Nobody here or at BT can help
you need to contact your provider Now tv as this is a customer forum for BT Retail and there are no links from here to openreach
