Can anyone please please give me the number to escalate a line repair for my 94 year old father, The faulty line is linked to his personal fall alarm and it hasn’t worked since Saturday. I have been given an estimated fix date of Thursday.
Please BT do something about this !

I am sorry again for the fault on your Dad's landline. It was a wider issue in his local exchange and everything is sorted now. Thanks for confirming his services are back up and running again.
