Hi guys,
Please help me with this issue as I am at my wits end.
My mum has moved home to an assisted living accommodation.
She is 88 years old and practically housebound.
I started the process of moving her number on the 7/2/24.
This has still not been resolved and I am just getting excuses after excuses.
My mum has been with BT for 60 years and never missed a payment.
Please please please any advice as to resolve this would be gratefully received.
Its probably best for a moderator to look at this, as forum members are not going to be able to help.
I will ask one of them to post here.
