I left BT in March but still have a Res Official account associated with my BT Account. When is this likely to be removed? I have tried fighting my way through bt.com, but trying to find the right place for this query is like swimming through treacle. Has bt.com ever conducted a customer review?

Hi @stuartperman, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you've had difficulty finding an answer to your query. 

The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok with just your current account linked.

If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team for help fixing the current BTID.
