My digital hub is working correctly but my phone says 'no link to the hub'. If I go into settings, it will not allow me to scroll down to reset.
If you go to hub manager can you see your phone number and active digital voice? If so select phone number and re-pair your phone to the hub
Thank you. I have registered one of my handsets and it's now working. (The BT engineer did this before but it stopped working after two days.) However, I can't register the other handset which I have upstairs.
Did you try registering it when closer to the hub to see if it is a range problem rather than anything else?
