I've just got my new fibre istallation done, got new smart Hub, but the Digital Voice handset has been a no show. They were despatched tohether with the same ID, but only the Hub was delivered to the collectiion point. I can't get logged into My BT (quote Error Code: TS-0003), and can't find any other waty to report it. Any links just go round in circles. Any advice welcome.
You can still plug your existing phone into the back of the Smart Hub 2, while you wait.
