Old phones not working with digital voice

Just got forced into having BT business fibre and digital voice. Have one digital handset which works when plugged into hub but need more phones around house. House has thick walls and already use bt white discs to ping wifi. Old BT handsets bt4600 do not work, even when plugged into green port on back of hub? Have spoken to BT few times but they are absolutely no help

Digital Voice does not work with BT Business, as they use IP phones connected to Cloud Voice.

The socket on the back of the hub does not work either.

You would probably have to obtain more Yealink phones, or an ATA adapter to convert the IP to analogue phone connection. I think someone may have done this already for a card machine. Take a look at the business forum, and perhaps talk to BT Business Sales.

Sorry, didn't realise there was a separate business group. Will see about the ATA adaptors, thank you

Its not a problem, we quite often get business people posting here.

I hope you manage to get it sorted, as its seems to be causing issues with some business users with old  internal phone wiring.
