I have just received details of my new contract which includes a £2.00 charge for “Pay As You go set call rates”. Does this mean I have £2.00 credit for making calls or is it something else. Tried search the BT site but couldn’t find an answer other that “change plan”

the £2pm charge is to have the ability to make/receive calls on your home phone. there are no free calls and you pay for any calls you make obviously incoming calls are free
