I have been getting letters and instructions through the post about the digital voice changeover. All the instructions show just plugging into the back of a Home Hub 2. I only have a Home Hub, the first letter I got says BT would send out a hub to plug the phone into. My question is how long before the changeover do they send a compatable hub out? Tjank you

I seem to recall mine turned up about a week before the changeover. That was back last September. The original change was scheduled for June and then got pushed back so you may be in a similar boat. I’d take any date they’ve given you with a pinch of salt.
I believe the change does not go through until they can actually ‘see’ a Smart Hub 2 (SH2) at the end of the line anyway.
