I have seen other posts with a similar issue. I joined BT yesterday, the digital phone won't connect to the internet, like I said, shows as "not configured" in the Hub Manager. I spoke with a lovely lady earlier in online chat, as soon as I told her that, she arranged an engineer visit, from reading accounts of other people with the same problem, I'm not sure this will solve it, so writing this just in case it's not fixed by the engineer.

did you phone FTTP TEAM 08005874787 as they should be able to help. I don't think engineer will help as just need configured on system
I got through to a lovely fella called Steve in Dundee, all sorted, engineer cancelled. Cheers.
