Pulsed dialling tone

I do not have a call waiting on 1571 or 1572 and I have not diverted my incoming calls. Why do I have a pulsed dialling tone on Digital Voice?

possibly a message on 1571

I believe you will find that I stated that I do not have calls waiting on 1571 or 1572 .

I understand call waiting something different hence why I suggested someone may have left you a message

I apologise for using the wrong terminology. I have no messages waiting on 1571 or 1572.

Is everything working with your calls as they should be outside of the pulsed dialling tone?

Also if you haven't already, can you try leaving yourself a message, listen to and delete this, then see if the tone returns to normal?

Occasionally this can just get stuck if there's been previously deleted messages, so I'm glad this has righted everything!
