Hi, we received a contract for full fibre and digital voice in January. Eventually on 13th May the full fibre broadband was connected and until 30th May we were able to make and receive landline calls via the analogue connection whilst we waited for Digital Voice. But on that date incoming calls were cut off. We have no idea when or even if we will ever get digital voice as our research shows that roll out was suspended last year. We wonder how many other customers are in a similar situation.
