When to activate the phone?

Hi,

I've just received my Smarthub2 and alexa phone.  I've set up the hub, when do I set up the phone and disconnect the old one, is it after the Digital Voice is activated (at the moment my old phone is plugged into the filter).

Better waiting until DV is activated. You can check by going to hub manager and you will see your phone number and then setup phone when you see number active
