Anybody else lost internet and landline after plugging in to BT's "new and improved" digital voice? Its broken my hub & BT now have no contact with any human in dealing with faults - just text after circular text. Just AI robots ...... USwitch beckons .....

moving to DV should have no effect on your internet connection. do your have FTTC fibre to cab and copper to home or FTTP fibre to home?
The only connection that should have needed moving was the phone plug moving from the wall socket to the green socket on the back of the hub. Nothing else changes.
