Are you a BT Business user, as a Google search seems to indicate that is a chimney sweep company?

BT Business users have their own forum https://business.forums.bt.com/

None of these forums go to BT itself, they are just a customer to customer forum.

Its also not always possible to port numbers between suppliers but your number belongs to BT, so I would give BT Business a call, and see if they can sort it out.
