I suspect I should be asking this question over at the Vodafone forum, but my parents were migrated to digital voice over a year ago, with no issues initially. In the last month or so, they have been unable to call vodafone mobiles. When a call is attempted, it rings once from the perspective of the caller before going to voicemail but on the mobile there is no missed call. We have checked that neither party has other blocked and we have tried rebooting the hub and phones to no avail. Has anyone had a similar issue and if so how did they get it resolved?

If you have tried the steps on the Help page provided by @jac_95 I would suggest getting in touch with our broadband team.
They can check everything at our end for you and let you know what is needed to get this sorted 🙂
