VIP list has disappeared since I unplugged digital voice handsets
So my mum is currently in hospital (for several weeks) and so to save money I've unplugged lots of electrical devices which aren't currently in use, including her Digital Voice telephone handsets.
I've been looking at her list of recent calls as I've been trying to rebuild her list of VIP contacts and blocking nuisance numbers, but have noticed this evening that I am unable to add numbers to the VIP list. Indeed I can't view it on the website either. Numbers which I know were on the VIP list (such as my own!) aren't shown in her recent calls as being VIP.
Is this somehow connected with me unplugging the handsets? On the old analogue system this wouldn't of had any effect, but I'm struggling to think why else the VIP list would have vanished...
Any suggestions, gratefully received.
