Afternoon all.
Wondering if anyone here has recently joined BT and their situation with getting Digital Voice activated.
I'm currently 5 days in and still don't have a working landline. Been onto chat and was told the exchange is at 98% completion and service will be activated in 24 hours, 3 days ago 🤔 Was told by CS that I'm entitled to compensation the tune of 5.64UKP for every day the service is inactive which is fair but now wearing thin.
Is there by any chance a dedicated number I could call to get this sorted?

try phoning the FTTP TEAM who deal with digital voice 08005874787 and see if they can help
